Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement — AuraScale Agency
At AuraScale Agency, we take the privacy and confidentiality of each of our creators very seriously. By completing and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:
- Confidentiality of Information. “All personal information, photographs, and responses you provide through this form are strictly confidential and intended solely for the agency’s internal use.”
- Anonymity Guaranteed. “Your personal information shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be published, disclosed, shared, transferred, or otherwise disseminated through any website, social media network, or other public platform, except where expressly authorized by you or required by applicable law.
Under no circumstances shall your personal identity be publicly disclosed or associated with your content without your prior express authorization.”
- Restricted Access to Information. “Access to the information provided shall be strictly limited to the managers assigned to your profile. Such information may only be accessed and used for the purpose of evaluating your application and, if you are selected, for the professional management and administration of your account.”
- Permitted Use of Information. “The information collected shall be used exclusively for recruitment, account management, and communication between the creator and her assigned manager. Such information shall not be used for any commercial purposes unrelated to the professional relationship between the parties.”
- Professional Obligations and Commitment. “AuraScale Agency operates in accordance with professional standards and principles of integrity, ensuring respectful and confidential treatment throughout the entire selection and account management process.”
“By checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, and you authorize AuraScale Agency to collect and process your information in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.”
